I went through the website and adjusted styling to make it more in tune with digdir.no and our visual profile.

Header:

Replaced the logo with correct color from the Digdir profile
Adjusted the height og the top-bar to 80px, and height of logo to about 28px to fit other websites

Footer:

Reduced the font a bit to make it
