Some languages have duplicate pages on topic that is already present, e.g.:

Python Django framework is present under both languages and web app sections:
https://developer.fedoraproject.org/tech/languages/python/django-installation.html
https://developer.fedoraproject.org/start/sw/web-app/django.html

There might be more examples.

Such duplicate content should be merged into a single page and then linked, for example the django page should live under start/sw/web-app namespace and be linked from tech/languages/python languages section.

Relevant issue: #237

If you want to work on this, please just do and once you have a PR, just note on it the issue you are fixing. As no PRs connected to this, you can freely start working on it. And this goes to all issues you posted about and many more.

I do not appreciate this kind of spam, so please stop it.
