RFP: Create an attestation community on Nodes

DeSci Nodes aims to communicate and guarantee high-quality research practices. This goal requires both community specificity and global verifiability. To achieve this, we intend to implement attestations on Nodes.

Submit a proposal to create an attestation community on nodes. Request the resources you need to define the set of attestations that would be helpful for your lab group, DAO, or other scientific community. This might include resources you need to pay someone to spend their time on defining requirements, supporting moderators or bounties for review of submitted papers, or inputting papers and attestation requests on Nodes.

OUTPUT: A series of nodes from your community and a set of attestations that should be applied to each. A hypothesized infrastructure that might be able to be replicated and tested with other communities. Or anything else you think would be relevant for setting up your community!
