TODO:

• collapse snippets - how important is this to ship? It's a surprising amount of work to make this work well
• remove docs from url - didn't try to do this yet
• snowplow: i think we need to upgrade to docusarus v2 to add GTM tags. We can do that, but I didn't do it here
• copy snippet link - not hard to do, but kind of annoying to set up for the docs writer. I can show you how to do this
