Simple Chrome extension allows you to select text, right click, select "Discover word or phrase on Wikipedia" from the context menu, and then be redirected to that Wikipedia page for the word or phrase.
Successfully passed review for publication onto the Google Chrome web store and is available here. Name of extension is "Wikipedia Adventure".
