This reverts commit 9c58d74 from PR #2453
See issue owncloud/ocis#3023 - the problem should have been fixed by #3009 but is not quite fixed. There is no longer an infinite loop - good. But the attempted move returns an HTTP 400 status rather than 409.
So add the relevant scenarios to expected-failures. And they can be removed when the HTTP status difference is sorted out.
