Steps to Reproduce

• Start local chain
• Create three accounts and send some tokens

simd keys add key1 --keyring-backend test
simd keys add key2 --keyring-backend test
simd keys add key3 --keyring-backend test

• Grant fee allowances and query feegrants by granter address.

simd tx feegrant grant $(simd keys show key1 -a --keyring-backend test) $(simd keys show key2 -a --keyring-backend test) --from key1 --chain-id testnet --keyring-backend test -y
