Add roll-back demo & clean-up

-finish demo script & link in readme
-test Azure & ensure parity
-test with blank auth key
-Fix all node names

Roll-back demo changes:
-demo scripts & setup instructions
-add health-check hook
-have init hook clean out old .wars from tomcat directory
-remove duplicate copy instructions from run hook
-set run hook TOMCAT_HOME to svc directory not pkg
-make health-check interval configurable
-make update strategy checkin frequency configurable

General clean up changes:
-make effortless origin and package name configurable for audit & config
-name national-parks systems correctly, 0,1,2,3 not all with the total count
-remove default A2 reporting token
-make Auth token configurable for private packages
