This PR updates your package to use the newer
rstantoolsapproach for generating the packageMakevars,RcppExports, and stan models on installationYour package is currently incompatible with the upcoming
rstanrelease because these files aren't being generated with the newer compilation flags & configurations.If you could merge and submit to CRAN soon, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
