This is a point release that adds support for OpenSUSE
- OpenSUSE uses zypper as a package manager
- dnf from Red Hat / Fedora is optionally available on OpenSUSE, piu will detect and use it if it's installed
- There was a typo in LICENSE url in the README which has been corrected
