Add separate variant selectors for Cyrillic Capital/Lower E. #2377

Some fonts treat the serifs of Cyrillic E differently than C/Es. For example, Anonymous Pro makes the capital serifed but the lowercase serifless, putting it in line with Cyrillic Ze:
