Allow checking cache prior to generating images

This PR refactors image uploading and caching into the same class and allows saving references to images based on stash's file id. This way, images that the script normally generates using vcsi or ffmpeg don't have to be regenerated before being able to compute the file digest and check if the URL exists in the cache.
