Second release (r2)

This releases contains a switch from Solidity 0.6.8 to 0.6.11, which results in unchanged bytecode apart from the metadata. It brings improvements in NatSpec and other metadata features, aiding contract verification.

More importantly, the project was relicensed from Apache-2.0 to CC0-1.0.
