v0.9.1: minor fixes

• Fix issue in GPU sorting that could affect some GPUs (#95, by @b0nes164)
• Fix issue when total number of splats is "multiple of 256, plus one"
• Fix mismatched package.json version, preventing package from appearing in OpenUPM (#134)
