Kind 0.21 breaks running AMD images on ARM (MacOS M1/M2/M3) See kubernetes-sigs/kind#3510 We should only upgrade if it is fixed

Actually seems that it's not helping - this is a known issue that recent Docker Desktop + Recent Kind has this problem and downgroading once you hit it is not helping. So instead this one we opt for the workaround with locally installing k9s with brew #37371 and waiiting for Kind fix that is coming soon:
