Summary

• Refactor check if AI feature is active property.

Relevant technical choices:

• Moved a check for premium feature to premium.
• No need for premium check is SeoAnalysis.js since er are using premium store for the AiFeature status. The prop is optional and the default is false.

• Edit a post and check you see the AI button in the search appearance
