If it set false, bot will check new update whether it is available or not. If it set true, bot will not check new update.

For english,
If it set false, bot will check new update whether it is available or not. (Default)
If it set true, bot will not check new update.

因為自己開服的玩家反應檢查更新訊息還是太洗版了，所以乾脆在設定檔案給個開關
如果checkUpdateManually的值是 false，那麼無論有沒有更新 Bot 都會自動檢查（預設行為）
如果值是 true，則 Bot 永遠不會檢查更新直到值變成 false 為止
