This project is a workflow for ComfyUI that converts video files into short animations. The more you experiment with the node settings, the better results you will achieve.
To use this project, you need to install the three nodes: Control net, IPAdapter, and animateDiff, along with all their dependencies. You can do this via the Comfy Manager or by cloning their repositories.

- Drag the downloaded file into the Comfy environment.
- Install the missing nodes via custom install.
- It is recommended to use the SD and latent 512x512 models.
