WordPress/gutenberg#54117 and WordPress/gutenberg#54120 move the Glossary and FAQ pages to the Getting Started section of the Block Editor Handbook. This PR adds the necessary redirects to the
oldbranch. ThetrunkPR is here.Once both PRs are merged, these redirect PRs must be implemented.
