BDInfo not pulling bitrates for certain discs

Hello,

I have been using BDInfo to pull bitrates for protected discs along with DVDFab Passkey which has worked nearly perfectly. However I have now encountered two discs where BDInfo will scan but not actually pull any bitrate data for MPEG-4 or audio files even with copyright protection removed. Any ideas?

First of all, sorry for a late response.
Secondly, can you provide samples of those discs, so I can poke in the correct direction?
Without any details it is hardly possible to find an issue.

I also experienced these problems.
For instance with Dolittle: https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Dolittle-4K-Blu-ray/265913/

But I realised now that this problem appears only when I do not select the playlist.
Then it seems so whether it does not calculate the bitrate. I always cancelled the scan in such a case. But it starts with other playlists first. Without cancelling I get all the results at the end.
