Project cleanup and added the ability to check if a company is validated

• Added the ability to get a companies validation status (i.e. if they are validated or not)

• Cleaned up the project by adding missing PHP documentation, return types and spacing within PHPDocs
• Changed StyleCI and tests to test against PSR12
• Updated composer dependencies

@ShawnCZek I've fixed the merge conflicts and moved the phpfastcache/phpfastcache dependency to be a dev dependency as it's only used for our tests.
