Skipping interception of some gestures

Prevents interception of a swipe on seekbar by top level parent (BottomSheet).
Was:

• please, take a look at the description of the issue: Non-horizontal drags to the seek bar activate vertical dragging instead of seeking #4121. I just don't even want to describe this .... non-issue.

Now:

• no such (non-)issue
• no another (non-)issue related to tapping and swiping on fullscreen button (see the linked (non-)issue too).

Fixes the following issue(s)

• closes Non-horizontal drags to the seek bar activate vertical dragging instead of seeking #4121
