  1. [TASK] Remove generated ApiReference 

    The underlying library sphpdox is outdated and not supporting PHP7 with Return Type Declarations and the benefit of a generated ApiReference is not big enough to make this library PHP7 compatible. So we drop the ApiReference. Developers should have a look into to the code
