Paper 1.19+ support

On Paper 1.19+, we especially recommend to use the Agent variant (requiring the Java installation your server uses to be a JDK instead of a JRE). This is because Paper changed some internals related to plugin loading, which broke the replacer variant. You can still use the Replacer variant, but you will need to restart your server after it patched the addons. See the README, and see #2.
