[Bug]: No in game documentation 1.20.4

• I am running a modpack
• I can reproduce this issue consistently in single-player
• I can reproduce this issue consistently in multi-player
• I have searched for this issue previously and it was either (1) not previously reported, or (2) previously fixed and I am having the same problem.
• I am crashing and can provide my crash report(s)
• I am using the latest version of the mod

Issue Description

A bug happened!

I dont know if it is a bug or intentional, but there is no guide that spawns in the game at all, nor does there seem to be a way to create one. You can get entries, but with no way to view them.

I'm on 1.20.1 but also can't seem to get a guide book or spawn one in via commands. Would love a fix!

Do you have Patchouli installed? the in-game documentation only exists with patchouli installed
