- What I did
Add Silverstone platform module driver and init script.
- How I did it
Add platform module in Broadcom platform.
- How to verify it
Boot the sonic OS then check for platform module is loaded.
- Description for the changelog

Add Silverstone platform module.

- A picture of a cute animal (not mandatory but encouraged)

    - Remove shebangs from plugins files which are not intended to be executable
    - Replace tabs with spaces in Python plugin files and fix alignment, because Python 3 is more strict
