This PR refactors the following operations to Twig:

  • RSS feeds
  • Currents > Current File
  • Currents > Current File / Print View
  • Currents > Adds
  • Currents > Categories
  • Currents > Activity
  • OpenSearch metadata

In addition, this PR fixes ordering and No Playlist placement in the Currents > Activity report.

Finally, the PR adds a CLI cache management tool to clear, populate, and inspect the cache.
