Currently, a zootopia playlist will be prematurely ended only if it would otherwise preempt another show. If the other show takes priority (thus shows in 'On Now'), the zootopia playlist continues to coexist with it. As a result, looking in Playlists by Date, one sees two overlapping playlists.
This PR revises the semantics to prematurely end the zootopia playlist (or delete it, if the show is less than 15 minutes) in all cases where there is another show that overlaps.
If the other show subsequently ends and zootopia returns to air, then a new playlist will be created from that moment to collect the new zootopia spins.
