Since 1.1.6-45:
- many (mostly small) dependency updates
- a potential fix for freezing when backgrounded
- fix issue with standings and diamond updating
- fix tiebreaker on standings page, minor layout updates
- fix for a database issue when player query fails
- re-enable effects, add zap and flicker
- fix for standings ordering (I had tiebreakers backwards)
