Consolidation

Michelle-PortSwigger edited this page Feb 13, 2024 · 1 revision

Consolidation is based on the BCheck and the issue name. If either is unique, the issue will be reported.

When you run a scan that uses multiple BChecks, each BCheck can report a separate issue with the same name.

Using v2-beta you have more control over the name of the reported issue. One BCheck can now report multiple issues. If the issue names are unique, then multiple issues will be reported from the one BCheck. If any names are the same, the corresponding issues will be consolidated.

When testing a BCheck within the BCheck editor, no consolidation of issues is performed.
