If exporting with intellij export paste content of classpath.txt into the classpath field of the manifest (also add additional libs).
Put exported jar into the folder (also add additional libs).
For linux chmod +x exported.jar might be necessary.
Update .sh and .bat files
Paste contents from the project_folder/res-folder into the res folder of the preset
