PR Description
Implemented the sponsor feature in the project to allow users to sponsor the BLT and related projects under BLT. This pr fixes OWASP-BLT/BLT#2334 and fixes OWASP-BLT/BLT#2335 issues . Also tested that nothing is broken after adding these tests and everything is working fine.
