Removed the output files list and added a note to reference the roadmap for future features.

Added all the models that will be required to store Sct file in C# Objects.
Added required methods Need to implement them. This is for Sct 2 Dxf and possibly dxf back to sct.

I don't think this file is needed. I believe this file is a conversion artifact.
Regions in the DXF file are polylines. they are not seperating out in each layer though. Need to address that.
Major bug introduced that needs fixed. Something is going on with the coordinates and it is not fully converting correctly.
When the user is inside of a submenu and they click the X. It takes them back to the main menu I dont like this and should be used with a button if it works properly.
Temporary removed Linter action.

Fixed some bugs,
Added some features,
Need to turn off option menu (landing page) before release
Need to test updater for 2.0.0 to 2.0.1
