homebrew does not support args any longer. This is also the reason for the error on issue #21
Homebrew/homebrew-core#31510

fixes #21 and #22 brew deprecated options

removing yarn install entirely from brew as it would create two instances of node when using nvm
tmux may still see pbpaste issues without reattach-user-namespace. Can follow up again if having issues. Possible solution mentioned in issue.
