Implement Slash Commands and VOTD daily send

• Refactored Devotion Controller to allow fetch, compile and send functions.
• Created VOTD Controller to allow fetch, compile and send functions.
• Implemented VOTD daily send to specific channel.
• Created a /devotion command to display the day's devotion manually.
• Created a /votd command to display the day's Verse of The Day manually.
• Resolve issues with Discord deprecation issues in embeds.
