Purpose or Intent
UCI support for RHV has been pushed to a future release. So, I'm updating set_conversion_host_api() through this PR.
PRT Run

Notes:
The PR fails on PRT because the migration plan page needs to be updated. The migration page updates would be done through another PR.
This PR only reverts the UCI code for RHV and the conversion host was successfully configured locally and on the PRT run with these changes.
