Sounds good but I have a question, should we then add Skipper as synonym for White Bear? I remember some overlap of infrastructure but the targets were more focused at some point for White Bear.

yes, I'm aware of that. Though they share some c2 overlap, kaspersky treats the group as distinct one. Moreover skipper is a backdoor used by Turla(or Pacifier) and dont want to name threat groups after
malware. When we'll have enough evidence, we can add White Bear as a synonym for Turla.

I might add Skipper (and not Skipper Turla) in the tools too then.
