DIG (Dynamical Information Geometry)

DIG is a method for visualizing high dimensional dynamical processes

Based on the paper here. Additionally, a brief explanation about this method can be found in DIG_poster.pdf.

For any use of DIG, please cite:

A. Duque, G. Wolf, K.R. Moon, "Visualizing high dimensional dynamical processes," IEEE International Workshop on Machine Learning for Signal Processing (MLSP), Oct. 2019.

Requirements

The PHATE package is required.

Demo notebooks

There is a Python demo and a Matlab demo on how to use DIG.
