Glue plugin now manages project reference for Parme (and the Parme.Frb nuget package no longer installs the glue plugin folder into the project.
Note that the Glue Plugin will attempt to keep the Parme.Frb nuget reference to the same version as the plugin. In order to upgrade or downgrade the nuget package the plugin must be upgraded or downgraded instead.
