This is a new checkpoint release for everyone trying to resync the chain fast.
Procedure is as always: Quit the Client and make a backup of your wallet.dat and (if applicable) your IoP.conf.
Clean everything else from your data directory (~/.IoP on Linux, ~/Library/Application Support/IoP on Mac, %APPDATA%\IoP on Windows). Install and run the new version. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
