v1.1.0-beta.1 Release

This is likely the last release of solo LGTView before it is bundled with LGTSeek. This release follows the final release from the isolated LGTView repo found here.

Documentation for how to configure and install this version of LGTView can be found here.

With this release, heatmaps can now be generated under the "Bacterial Mappings" panel. There is also now a loading interface that enables one to load multiple outputs of LGTSeek into LGTView.

Future releases will bundle LGTSeek with LGTView.
