Add "post" layout
I updated gems to Jekyll 4.1 and replaced incompatible 'jekyll-extract-element' with 'distillery'.
I replaced unactual plugin 'jekyll-extract-element' with 'distillery' along with updating Jekyll to 4.1.
I deleted 2017-06-03-wanted-discourse-manager.markdown from directory structure's description.
