How to install/run locally

Prerequisites:

• ruby
• ruby-dev
• ruby-bundler

# do not run bundle with sudo!
# it will ask you for your root password at the right time!
bundle install

# runs the local web server
bundle exec jekyll serve

# or just run 
./local-server.sh
