Adds the following:

  • Mention of Steam library setup tool; this can potentially save a lot of time when trying to install FO4VR outside of the Program Files (x86) directory, as you won't need to move over or re-download your entire library when someone has only one disk available to install to
  • Mention of refreshing the Plugins list in MO2, by refreshing the Data tab
  • Small Github markdown fix
