* updated mariadb installation script to latest version.
* added dnf-utils
* repository installation for mariadb and installation of mariadb splited into two steps
* added 11.4 version of mariadb
* refactor of password authorization settings to no
* added check for password authorization.
* refactor import and archive of databases so its mitigated the new sandbox mode
* added create of swap file
