Interpolating surface values in the entire 3D domain.

I have several concentration values taken at the surface that I want to interpolate on the entire water domain including vertical direction (vertical direction - to have same value in the entire water column) to a dfsu or dfs3 file.

What would be the best approach?

I saw the Dfsu - 2D interpolation.ipynb, but I need a 3D approach. Thanks.

I figured it out . It needed the zn argument to be filled in and also add the optional items argument for a nicer display.
