* Improve start/stop video recording lag
* Force recording-hint in focus-mode continuous video
* Fix auto-focus in video recording
* Fix preview issues
* Fix switching focus-modes during recording
* Fix crash when taking pictures rapidly
* Fix crash when switching camera-/video-mode rapidly
* Add all supported video recording-sizes for back-camera
