[minor] Adding driver 11.05

Details:

* Removing fret slide effect
* Reducing number of HR values addressable to 8 from 16.
* Adding option to only reset pulse program when setting instruments explicitly in sequence.

Explanation of pulse program init option:

Setting bit 4 (8) in the instrument flags value, will skip resetting the pulse program on note on, unless the instrument is being set explicitly.
