As you know, optifabric is an "optifine loader for fabric." optifabric will start porting after optifine 1.19.1 support.
Sometimes no change (except compatible Minecraft version metadata) is required on the optifabric side, but not always.

Thanks for that answer. The only reason I am asking is that there seems to be an issue when updating the mods to the new 1.19.1 Fabric API specifically used for the Replay Mod.

Below is a copy of the error:

So I will be able to use Fabric once OptiFine 1.19.1 gets released?

I mentioned this error as "compatible Minecraft version metadata". The developer will update it after confirming compatibility.

Thanks for that. And OptiFine_1.19_HD_U_H9 will work for Fabric for Minecraft Java version 1.19.1 I presume?

I don't know, and I think anyone in the community doesn't know. So please wait for the optifine developer, or ask.
By the way, the optifabric compatibility depends on the optifine implementation, not the versioning scheme...
