Related to https://github.com/CartoDB/support/issues/1666

As described with detail in previous issue, an error is thrown with Promise is undefined in an IE11 using a simple web app. So the current polyfill is not working properly.

Next steps, after merging PR

  • run bump:patch --> new version 4.1.2
  • npm & cdn publication
  • dev docs update
  • original issue client acceptance
  • update inside cartodb
